Team Ontario U19 Women bring home bronze!

The TEAM ONTARIO LACROSSE U19 Women’s Field team brings home a bronze medal from the 2026 Jenny Kyle Cup in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan!

U19 Head Coach Laura Tober and her coaching staff are please with the outcome for the 2026 Team Ontario U19 Women’s Field at the Lacrosse Canada Jenny Kyle Cup. “It was a road to get here, and we have a great group of girls out here with us,” Coach Tober commented from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

After the round robin play, Ontario ended up in 2nd position tied with Alberta for points, but with a higher goal differential. Head-to-head, Alberta beat Ontario in the Round Robin, and advanced to the gold medal match up against British Columbia. Ontario played Manitoba for the bronze medal, beating them 23-4.

Notable achievements from Olivia Windley (K-W) with 23 goals and 5 assists, and Farah Garlow (Six Nations) with 13 goals and 5 assists. Ryann Seaman (Owen Sound), Teagan Setterfield (Newmarket) and Aurora Grenier (St. Catharines) all ended up in the TOP 20 Leader Board for the tournament.
